New, cleaner layout across the main pages to better match the “WeatherPower” style.

Integration of live NWS warnings into a single place so you can see what’s active at a glance.
Room for advanced tools down the line, like model viewers and deeper severe weather breakdowns. - Smarter Severe Weather Cards
“Today’s Severe Risk” explainer cards that spell out:
– What level risk you’re in
– The main threats (hail, wind, tornadoes)
– The most likely time window
More plain-language explanations of what outlooks and radar features actually mean. - Theme & Visual Upgrades
A theme picker so you can switch between different looks (stormy, night, etc.).
Future plans for weather-reactive themes that change automatically based on conditions.
